Services
Six services, and what each includes
Every one of them quoted after a survey, and every one telling you what it covers before you commit rather than afterwards.
-
House and home removals
Whole-home moves anywhere in the capital, surveyed against the building rather than the bedroom count.
- A survey of both properties, in person or by video
- The staircase diagonal measured against the largest items
- Dismantling and reassembly of beds, wardrobes and flat-pack
- Floor, frame, banister and threshold protection at both ends
- Goods in transit and liability cover explained before you book
-
Flat and apartment moves
From a fourth-floor conversion with no lift to a managed block with a booked service lift — two very different jobs.
- Building requirements established with the agent or concierge
- Lift and loading-bay bookings made in advance
- Communal-area protection as standard, not as an extra
- Stair-carry planning with the crew sized for the floor
- Proof of insurance supplied where the building requires it
-
Family-home moves
Larger households with more floors, more accumulation and a school run that cannot be interrupted.
- Volume counted across every floor, plus loft, cellar and garden
- Phased moves where one load will not do it
- Packing that keeps the essentials accessible on the first night
- Children’s rooms unpacked first where you want them to be
- Timing built around handovers rather than around us
-
Packing and unpacking
Full or fragile-only, with purpose-made cartons and a labelling system that matches the new floor plan.
- Full packing, fragile-only, or materials supplied
- Wardrobe, picture, china and book cartons
- Room-by-room labelling matched to the new address
- Unpacking into cupboards where you want it
- Every empty carton taken away afterwards
-
Storage
Sealed, inventoried containers for the gap between completions — which in London is most chains.
- Containerised storage, sealed and itemised
- Clean dry facilities with controlled access
- Short gaps between completions or longer periods
- Part-loads in and out where you need something back
- Delivery onward when the new address is ready
-
Long-distance from London
Out of the capital to anywhere in mainland Britain, as a direct load or a shared one.
- Direct loads that travel alone and arrive without a transfer
- Shared loads where a flexible date is worth more than a fixed one
- Overnight secure parking on the longer routes
- One crew from load to delivery wherever the route allows
- Delivery windows agreed in advance
European moves
We arrange moves from London into Europe and will handle yours. What we do not do is publish our own set of country pages — several sites in this network already cover individual European routes in real depth, and a thinner duplicate would serve nobody. Tell us where you are going and we will either run it or point you to whoever knows that corridor best.
Next step
Which of these do you need?
Usually two or three at once. Tell us the situation and we will put together what actually helps rather than the full package by default.
