What to send us
- Both addresses, and the floor at each end.
- Whether there is a lift, and roughly how big it is.
- A photograph of the staircase, especially the turn.
- Whether the building is listed or managed by an agent.
- Roughly what is going — including the cellar and the loft.
If your building is managed
Tell us the managing agent's name early. Notice periods, lift bookings and insurance evidence all take lead time, and they are the commonest reason a London move has to be rescheduled.
